| Agenda item 8 - AGM 2004 Committee ballot timetable This timetable was agreed by the Commmittee on 23 October in accordance with the constitution of Save the Labour Party. 1) By 20/11/04 Secretary to issue invitation to all STLP members by e-mail or by first class post to nominate themselves for the Committee elections. 2) Self- nominations and statements in support of candidature to be returned to the Secretary by 6/12/04. 3) Ballot papers to be issued by 13/12/04 4) Ballot papers to be returned by 8/1/05. 5) Ballot papers to be counted on 8/1/05.
